The beginning of the New Year is the perfect time to refresh your daily herbal rituals and routines! One of our favorite rituals is preparing and enjoying an herbal tonic. We love to shift the tonics and elixirs we create based on the season and what our body is needing at that moment.
At the start of the New Year, and the end of the holiday season (where we usually over-indulge on treats ;) we typically crave an herbal tonic that is revitalizing to the body, mind, and spirit. Since we are also in the middle of cold and flu season, we wanted to add an extra immune boost to help keep our systems strong and thriving. In our Revitalizing New Year’s Tonic Recipe, we combined the ultra-nourishing and nutrient-dense HealthForce Superfoods’ Vitamineral Green powder with coconut water and a dropperful of Herb Pharm’s Daily Immune Builder to create a refreshing and easy to drink herbal tonic.
This Revitalizing New Year’s Tonic Recipe is naturally hydrating, alkalizing, refreshing, energizing, and quite tasty too! Not to mention, it is incredibly easy to make on-the-fly.
Revitalizing New Year’s Tonic Recipe
