In-store Return Policy:


Alpine Botanicals is a small woman-owned apothecary dedicated to offering wellness-based products & services to the community of Nederland and beyond.  Due to the size and nature of our business, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our perishable locally made herbal products, made by Alpine Botanicals or other local vendors. 

Please test the products in-store whenever possible, and educate yourself on best practices for using herbal skin & body-care products produced without conventional chemical preservatives.  These items are not shelf-stable and typically must be used within a year or less and kept away from all moisture, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.  


WITHIN A 14 DAY PERIOD ONLY: We can offer refunds or store credit (processed as a Gift Card) for non-perishable items only, that are still clearly sealed and in mint condition.  
Original tags must be attached, the item must be clean, undamaged, unmarked, and it MUST be accompanied by a receipt, or the order must be searchable in our system, and match the customer’s information and the product itself.
We are a very small company that represents other small & local artisan brands and we cannot resell any opened product.  We will do our best to serve customer needs, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that do not agree with you unless there is a clear known product defect.  Please note that we do not refund bulk herbs or custom blends of any kind.  Concerns or questions can be emailed directly to info@alpinebotanicals.com

Online Return Policy: 


We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your online order, please email us within 30 days of receiving the order and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on opened or used products. For shipped items that have arrived clearly defective or damaged, please contact us with attached photos and description of issues at info@alpinebotanicals.com
