SHOP UPDATE: 3/27/2020

Dear community:

We have decided to temporarily close our physical store in Nederland due to the rising health concerns around COVID-19 (CoronaVirus) and in an effort to help slow its spread in our area. We are not sure at this time how long we will be closed for but we remain dedicated to serving the community and providing herbal support and information.

During our closure, our online shop is up and running and we are shipping orders 1-2x per week.  In addition to our line of herbal tea blends, skin care, and smoking blends, you can now find select herbal tinctures, bulk herbs, tea tools, select supplements, books, and more on our website.

Please note that our FREE LOCAL PICKUP days are subject to change depending on weather and staff availability. USPS shipping is also available with free US shipping for orders $75+.


Please feel free to call or email us with regards to custom orders or orders beyond what is currently available online. Email is preferred!  Thank you so much for your support.

LOCAL PICK UP times must be scheduled via email.  We are not able to leave orders outside for risk of theft or windy weather.   

We so appreciate all of your orders during this chaotic time, especially as we are not sure when we will be able to offer Brick & Mortar sales again.  We will do our best to be adaptable until the threat of the virus has subsided and we can safely reopen our doors.

Alpine Botanicals is pleased to offer free standard (USPS) shipping within the United States on orders over $75.

By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies”  below. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our calculated USPS shipping rates.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing in our shop before your order is ready to ship. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the destination of your package. Delivery time is calculated by business days and does not include weekends or holidays. This delivery time is a transit average estimated by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Unavoidable delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions.

If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, via email or phone so that we may resolve the problem.  Our contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.  

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item. 
If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery, please contact us to apply a “Signature Upon Delivery ” option or included specific instructions in the Notes/Messages section of your online order form.
